Not entirely happy with your order? That happens. At Mr. Shitagi, we make returns simple.

Return conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How does it work?

Send an email to hello@mrshitagi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Print the invoice you received from us and place it, along with the unworn products, in the original packaging. Send your return to:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, using the original payment method.
